The state service is provided on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On social and medical-pedagogical correctional support for children with disabilities" of July 11, 2002 y, the decision of the Balkhash town Maslikhat "On reimbursement of expenses of home education for children with disabilities from among the disabled according to an individual curriculum" of June 12, 2014 №29/226, the Rules for the provision of state services "Reimbursement of expenses of home education for disabled children", approved by the order of the Minister of labor and social protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan №84 dated March 25, 2021.
Reimbursement of expenses for children with disabilities from among the disabled (except for disabled children who are on full state support) is provided to one of the parents and other legal representatives of disabled children studying at home, regardless of the family income, and for 2021 it is set at the amount of five monthly calculation indicators per quarter or a total of 14585 tenge for each child.
Reimbursement of expenses is provided from the month of application until the end of the period established in the conclusion of the interdepartmental psychological, medical and pedagogical consultation and is made for the past month as funding is received.
If there are circumstances that have caused the termination of reimbursement of costs (when a disabled child reaches the age of eighteen, the death of a disabled child, the removal of disability, during the training of a disabled child in a boarding house or sanatorium school), the payment is terminated from the month following the one in which the relevant circumstances occurred.
Acceptance of the application and the issuance of the result of the provision of public services are carried out through:
1) non-profit joint-stock company " State Corporation "Government for Citizens";
2) e-government web portal: www.egov.kz.
The list of documents required for the provision of public services:
1) application;
2) a document certifying the identity of the service recipient;
3) conclusion of psychological, medical and pedagogical consultation;
4) certificate of disability;
5) a document confirming the information about the bank account number;
6) a certificate from an educational institution confirming the fact of teaching a disabled child at home.
The result of the provision of public services: notification of the assignment of benefits.
