"Assignment of social assistance to certain categories of needy citizens by decisions of local representative bodies"
The public service is provided on the basis of the Rules for the provision of public services "Assignment of social assistance to certain categories of needy citizens by decisions of local representative bodies", approved by order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 25, 2021 № 84, decisions of the Balkhash town maslikhat dated December 24, 2013 year 24/176 "On approval of the Rules for the provision of social assistance, the establishment of the size and determination of the list of certain categories of needy citizens".
The state service is provided at a time, in the form of social assistance to those in difficult life situations for persons permanently residing in town Balkhash and the corresponding administrative-territorial unit (Gulshat, Sayak).
Those who are in a difficult life situation can be classifying for the category in needy people:
- Causing damage to a citizen (family) or his property as a result of a natural disaster or fire;
-the presence of a socially significant disease "tuberculosis" during ambulatory treatment;
-the presence of a socially significant disease "cancerous neoplasms" for the period of postoperative treatment;
-the presence of a socially significant disease caused by the human immunodeficiency virus and carriers of the human immunodeficiency virus, including in children;
-Application of persons who arrived from places of deprivation of liberty no later than three months from the date of release.
The amount of social assistance provided in each individual case is determined by a special commission and indicates it in the opinion on the need for social assistance.
The acceptance of application and the result of the provision of public services is issued through:
1) a service provider (PI "Department of Employment and Social Programs of town Balkhash");
2) akim of the village;
3) web portal of "electronic government".
The result of the provision of public services: notification of the appointment of social assistance.
