About state service
“Issue of a certificate confirming that the applicant (family) belongs
to the recipients of targeted social assistance”
The state service is rendered on the basis of the Standard of the State Service "Issuance of a certificate confirming that the applicant (family) belongs to the recipients of targeted social assistance" approved by Order No. 279 of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 28, 2015.
Refusal to issue a certificate confirming that the recipient of the state service (family) belongs to the recipients of targeted social assistance is made in the absence of information about the provision of targeted social assistance in the current quarter.
Acceptance of the application and issuance of the result of the provision of public services are carried out through:
- the web portal of "the electronic government": www.egov.kz.
Form of public service provision: electronic (fully automated).
The result of the provision of public services:
- a certificate confirming the affiliation (or lack of affiliation) of the service recipient to the recipients of targeted social assistance.
The form of providing the result of the provision of public services: electronic.
