About setting the border (line)
Sayak villages and Gulshat villages
In accordance with the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 2003, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan "of January 23, 2001, the Akimat of the city of Balkhash DECIDED and the Balkhash City Maslikhat DECIDED:
Set the boundaries (line) of the following settlements:
1) the village of Sayak with a total area of 487,800 hectares in accordance with Annex No. 1 to this joint resolution and decision.
2) the village of Gulshat with a total area of 26,503. 4 hectares in accordance with the project of inter-farm land management of the village of Gulshat, in accordance with Annex No. 2 to this joint resolution and decision.
The State Institution "Department of Land Relations, Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Balkhash" to take measures arising from this joint resolution and decision.
Control over execution of this joint resolution of the akimat and maslikhat decision to entrust the permanent Commission of Balkhash town maslikhat and the supervising Deputy akim of Balkhash town.
This joint resolution and decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of 10 calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
