The rights of service recipients come first
One of the main functions of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs is control and supervision in the provision of public services, prevention of violations of the requirements of legislation on public services and restoration of violated rights of service recipients.
In this regard, the agency and territorial departments restored the violated rights of more than a hundred service recipients last year.
In particular, the violated rights of a resident of the city of Priozersk, Karaganda region, were restored.
In particular, the service recipient, a resident of the city of Priozersk, addressed the Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs in the Karaganda Region with a complaint indicating violated rights in the housing privatization service. During the consideration of the complaint, it was established that the service provider violated the requirements of the Rules for the provision of public services, that is, the result of the provision of public services to the service recipient was not provided in a timely manner.
Thanks to the intervention of Department employees, the service recipient managed to obtain the result of the public service, and the violated rights of the service recipient were restored.
In another case, the recipient of the service, being the breadwinner of a disabled child, was unable to take advantage of the benefits provided by law when preparing documents.
In connection with this fact, employees of the Department carried out an inspection, as a result of which it was established that when providing a public service, the service recipient is obliged to pay a state fee due to the imperfection of the information system. In this regard, the Department sent corresponding letters to central government agencies, and the violated rights of the service recipient were restored.
That is, the recipient of the service was able to obtain a preferential document provided for by law.
Since the above-mentioned shortcoming of the information system occurs in the republic, the Department sent letters to authorized government agencies about the need to improve the information system.
In case of violation of similar rights when receiving public services, you can also protect your rights by contacting the department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs in the Karaganda region.
