Chairman Of the Agency for civil service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Anar Zailganova on her Facebook page reported on the first proposals to improve the processes of work on the portal " e-government»

The Agency for civil service Affairs has launched a unique project "listen", which will allow every citizen to contribute to improving public services and creating an accessible digital state.
In his Message to the people of Kazakhstan "constructive public dialogue is the basis for stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan", the Head of state noted that the concept of" a state that listens to the voice of the people " should be aimed at prompt and effective response to the appeals of all citizens. At the same time, the President drew attention to the fact that the problems in the activities of the state apparatus are largely related to the lack of feedback between citizens and civil servants on the ground.
"A country where the voice of the people is heard" is the formation of the most transparent and accountable state. Therefore, the state apparatus must first take into account the opinion of the population in each industry.
The listen project was created based on the opinions of volunteer users. To participate in the project, you need to get an electronic service and all tyndau.kz needs to evaluate each step by noting the link in the online questionnaire.
In addition, the Agency does not collect complaints not only about public services, Our main goal is to identify problem areas and establish effective feedback. We will analyze the accumulated database of questions and provide the state authorities with concrete proposals to eliminate undesirable steps and simplify the process of receiving public services.
Last week, we launched the audition project and selected two probation services. This is a service for obtaining a passport and identity card.
Currently, the collection of citizens ' proposals in this area continues.
Today, the first focus group of volunteers has been created within the framework of this project and offers are being collected.
For example, the e-government portal has developed proposals for special applications designed to convert downloaded scanned documents and photos (3x4) based on artificial intelligence, allowing for automatic dialing and dialing only IIN to attract the data of a citizen (last name, first name, patronymic, year and place of birth), to automatically bring downloaded scanned documents and photos (3x4) to the required formats in the system.
Automated services are also tested for operability, authorization using an EDS or one-time password, or detection of defects that occur during signing.
The proposals of the Focus group participants will be made in the form of screens of work pages and videos of work on the e-government portal, mobile version and Telegraph bot.
In the future, as the relevant materials on electronic services are collected, citizens ' proposals will be worked out together with the interested authorities and service recipients will be notified.
We hope that in the near future "listening" will become an effective project that takes into account the opinion of the population.
