Since may 13, 2020, the state revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has launched an annual campaign " Demand a check - win a prize!", the purpose of which is to increase civic activity and encourage unfair competition among entrepreneurs.
The promotion is carried out in electronic format via the "Wipon" mobile app (the app is free to download in the Google Play Market, Apple App Store). Every consumer can send a receipt for the purchased product (work and service) through this app and get a chance to win money on the mobile phone balance every day. Also, if the consumer does not issue fiscal receipts to the CMC, they can send a complaint via the same app, and after confirming the fact, their phone balance will be credited.
