The head of the district arrived on a working trip in order to prevent the threats of the flood period in the Kulaaygyrsky village.

A project is being carried out to overhaul the Topar dam, in 2020 the earthen embankment of the dam was restored, a concrete spillway and a bottom outlet were arranged, a wet slope was strengthened. The work on the rehabilitation of the Topar riverbed has been completed, within the framework of which the river bank with a total length of 2,640 m has been cleared, expanded and strengthened, the average depth of excavation is 1.5 m.
A couple of days ago, there was an influx of meltwater to the Topar dam from the steppe territory, from the villages of Yalta and Zhaman Zhol. Meltwater transits through the main discharge and bottom outlet. Round-the-clock duty was organized by the staff of the akim's office, the district police inspector and employees of the KGP "Kagandy su koymalary". The volume of incoming water corresponds to the capacity of the structure. There is no threat of flooding and flooding of the river to the settlement today.
