The head of the Karaganda region Zh.Kassymbek visited the Abai district on a working trip .

The purpose of the trip was to get acquainted with the progress of spring field work.
We have about 740 active peasant and farm farms in the Abai region, and an active sowing campaign is underway today. In 2020, about 38 billion tenge of gross agricultural output was produced in our district. This year it is planned to increase the volume to 41.6 billion tenge.
One of the first objects of the visit of the head of the Karaganda region was the PC "Zhanat", located in the Jubilee rural district.
On the territory of 1,595 hectares there are 2 potato storage facilities for 5,000 tons. This year, the construction of a 4,000-ton granary is being completed.
The next point of the visit was the Koksunsky rural district, where the head of the Karaganda region got acquainted with the activities of the Chance Farm. This is one of the largest farms in the region: it has 5 potato storage facilities for 41 thousand tons, 4 granaries with a total capacity of 20 thousand tons. This year, the project for the construction of a feed mill with a total project cost of 800 million tenge has been completed.
Farms are getting bigger, and their efficient management requires more and more capacity and intelligent solutions. In this connection, the agrarians of the district are trying to periodically update the fleet of agricultural machinery. So, for example, the Chance Farm purchased a 9470RX crawler tractor for work in the field, with a maximum engine power of 517 horsepower, with an 18-speed transmission, electronic control and four tracks. It distributes the pressure on the soil as much as possible and greatly facilitates cultivation, plowing and loosening of the soil, and, accordingly, planting. In other words, it minimizes heavy human labor and optimizes the work of farmers.
