The second object of the visit was a construction site on Pobedy Avenue, where a five-storey residential building will be built at the expense of private investment. The investor said that the total area of 45 apartments will be about 2.5 thousand square meters. meters. It is planned to complete the construction by April 1, 2022. The issue of the sale of apartments is still open – it will be either mortgage lending, or the purchase of ready-made housing by the state for large families and waiting lists.
Next, the akim of the region visited another construction site in the 4th microdistrict. Private investments are also involved here, but they are invested in the completion of construction started in the 90s. In this house, apartments will be purchased at the expense of the budget and provided to large families, according to the order.
It is worth noting that according to the state program "Nurly Zher" in Abai this year, another five-storey residential building was built on the 30th block. Apartments in the house are redeemed under the "Otbasy Bank" programs, and this week it is planned to hand over the long-awaited keys to the Abayans.
Then the akim of the region went to the Koksunsky rural district to get acquainted with the harvesting process.
By the way, the Abai district produces 52.5% of potatoes and 61.9% of vegetables in the volume of the Karaganda region. The gross harvest of potatoes in the agricultural formations of the district will be about 153.8 thousand tons and vegetables - 35.0 thousand tons.
The harvesting campaign involved 108 combine harvesters, including 5 combines of the John Deere brand. 20 units of potato harvesters and 25 potato diggers will participate in potato harvesting, which, taking into account the daily productivity of 261 hectares, will allow to complete the harvesting in 22 days.
Astra-Agro LTD LLP is building a dairy farm for 500 heads with a project cost of 1 billion rubles. 350 million tenge. The design capacity is 3,200 tons of milk per year, the implementation period is 2019-2023, it is planned to create 30 jobs.
The peasant farm "Chance" is also building a dairy farm for 400 heads, with a design capacity of 3,200 tons of milk per year. Also, due to the investments of the farm "Chance", a feed mill and a grain cleaning machine "Petkus" were built.
