It was reported on the dynamics of development of all sectors of the region.
During the reporting period, 1,477 new jobs were created. The TSA was provided to 539 residents of our district.
At 4 large and medium-sized enterprises of the district, there is an increase in production indicators, including thanks to state support.
However, there is also a decrease in electricity generation at the GRES due to the accident. The increase in volumes at the enterprises is planned after the overhaul and modernization of equipment.
Positive indicators are noted in small and medium-sized businesses. In 2021, 19 business facilities were opened in 8 settlements of the district, 33 new jobs were created in them. The number of legal entities and peasant (farm) farms has increased. Entrepreneurs of the district increased the output of products (goods and services).
In agriculture. In 2021, crops were sown on an area of 60 thousand hectares, which is more than last year by 4.5 thousand hectares.
The harvesting campaign, in which 689 units of equipment are involved, is coming to an end.
Due to the dry weather and steppe fires, the issue of providing fodder is acute. The demand for coarse feed is 82 thousand tons. At the moment, 68 tons of coarse fodder and 1,273 tons of haylage have been harvested. Work in this direction is still ongoing.

Housing.

The construction of the housing stock is actively underway. An 18-apartment residential building in the village of Topar, a credit large-panel 5-storey residential building in the city of Abai on the 30th quarter were put into operation.
At the expense of private investments, the restoration of a 70-apartment residential building on 4mkr. Abay is being completed. The state will buy 40 apartments in this house and provide them to large families, a budget application for 2021 for the purchase of 20 more apartments has been submitted. At the expense of investors, the construction of a five-storey 45-apartment residential building on Victory Avenue in the city of Abai has begun. 1123 sq.m. of individual housing construction has also been introduced.
Work continues on the modernization of engineering infrastructure.
Reconstruction of the sewerage system of the city of Abay and the village of Karabas is being completed. The implementation of two projects for the reconstruction of water supply networks continues. In the villages of Kurma and Zhumabek, 17.6 km of water pipeline is planned to be put into operation in October this year. In the village of Dubovka, the length of the networks is 8.1 km, the completion of the reconstruction is also planned for the current year.
For the smooth passage of the upcoming heating season, service providers carry out repairs of heating networks at their own expense.

Roads.

As a result of the work carried out, the share of highways in good condition in the city will increase by 13.5%, in rural settlements - by 11.2%.
Work continues on the implementation of the project of improvement of Abai Street in the city of Abai, asphalting and landscaping of courtyards.
In February of this year, a private kindergarten "Ademi" for 550 places was opened. By the beginning of the school year, a mini-center was organized at school No. 8.Kzyl for 15 seats. In all educational institutions, ongoing, and in some major repairs have been carried out.
