Restoration of a duplicate of a real estate registration certificate

Thanks to digitalization, it is not difficult to restore any document now. Even if you have lost or ruined the paper version of any certificate, you should not get too upset. We have already told you how to restore the vehicle registration certificate. Today it's the turn for another important document – a technical passport for real estate.
In case of loss or damage, you can make a duplicate of the document in two ways - through the eGov portal or by contacting the PSC.
To apply for a duplicate through the eGov portal, log in using an EDS and search for the service "Issue of a duplicate of the technical passport of real estate objects". Click on the "Order service" button. Next, fill out the application and sign its EDS. Click the "Pay" button to make the payment.
Your personal account will receive a notification about the readiness of the technical passport, after which you can pick it up at the specified PSC, or you can use the document delivery service to your home.
The service delivery period is 1-3 working days, depending on the area of the object.
