How to close an LLP in Kazakhstan⠀

Being an entrepreneur is a bold and risky business. Not everyone succeeds in achieving success the first time. Sometimes it happens that the business has not gone and it needs to be closed. And here it is important to do it legally correctly, so that later representatives of state agencies do not have any questions for you. ⠀

Today we are telling you how you can close your LLP. There are two ways to do this: ⠀

Through Еgov.kz:⠀
- Log in to the portal and find the service "State registration of termination of the activity of a legal entity, removal from the registration of a branch and representative office"in the search. Order the service online.⠀
- Fill out the applications and attach the scanned documents. If you are a manager, sign the service using an EDS.⠀
- Pay the state fee for the service. ⠀

Through the PSC:⠀
- Pre-book the queue via the telegram bot, Egov.kz or contact center 1414.⠀
- Submit an application for state registration of liquidation of a legal entity at the PSC operator. Have all the necessary documents with you.⠀
The time of rendering the service is 5 rubles. d. ⠀
