"Talent Pool"

At the beginning of the year, the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" announced the start of selection for its personnel reserve, which was called the "Talent Pool". About two thousand people decided to try their hand. They went through several stages, consisting of testing and interviews. The candidates were selected by a special commission consisting of well-known public figures, representatives of state bodies and the "Government for Citizens" itself.
As a result, 353 people were selected for the personnel reserve. 24 of them represent the Karaganda region. Now they will be promoted to vacant senior positions in the company.
