How do I apply for DPA payments online?

The corporate website of the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund has expanded the range of types of applications for the appointment of pension payments that can be submitted remotely. This service can now be used by the following categories of recipients of pension payments who have pension savings in the UAPF at the expense of voluntary pension contributions:

- persons who have reached the age of 50;

- persons with disabilities.

Before submitting the application, you must make sure that you have a valid electronic digital signature( EDS), an identity document, and a bank account opened in the national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In order to submit an application, you must visit the UAPF website (www.enpf.kz) log in to your personal account using the EDS, in the "Services" section, select the service "Submission of an application for the appointment of pension payments", then fill out and sign the relevant EDS documents.

You can easily track the processing status of the UAPF application using the "My Applications for Payments / Transfers" service in the "Services" section of your personal account also on the UAPF corporate website.

We remind you that from May 1 of this year, individual pension accounts for accounting for voluntary pension contributions are opened in an undeclared manner on the basis of the initial voluntary pension contribution received by the UAPF.

 

 

 

UAPF was established on August 22, 2013 on the basis of JSC "NPF "GNPF". The founder and shareholder of the UAPF is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan is responsible for the trust management of the pension assets of the UAPF. Since January 1, 2016, the functions of developing proposals for improving the efficiency of pension asset management have been transferred to the National Fund Management Council. In accordance with the pension legislation, the UAPF attracts mandatory pension contributions, mandatory professional pension contributions, voluntary pension contributions, pension payments, individual accounting of pension savings and payments, and provides the depositor (recipient) with information about the state of his pension savings (more on www.enpf.kz).
