In accordance with the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Abai District Maslikhat DECIDED:
To approve the norms for the formation and accumulation of municipal waste in the Dubovsky rural district of the Abai district in accordance with Annex 1 to this decision.
To approve tariffs for the collection, transportation, sorting and disposal of solid household waste in the Dubovsky rural district of the Abai district in accordance with Annex 2 to this decision.
This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
