In accordance with the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 2003, the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 8, 1993 "On the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan", and of January 23, 2001 "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the akimat of the Abay district DECIDED and the Abay district Maslikhat DECIDED:
To set the border (line) Kurminskoe the village and the village Zhumabek Kurminskoe rural district Abay district of Karaganda region in accordance with the project of inter-farm land management, according to appendices 1, 2 to this joint resolution and decision.
The State Institution "Department of Land Relations, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Abay district" should make appropriate changes to the land accounting documentation.
Control over the implementation of this joint resolution of the akimat and the decision of the maslikhat is entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the Abay district and the permanent commission on economy, housing and communal services and agricultural issues of the Abay district maslikhat.
This joint resolution and decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
