In accordance with subparagraph 4-2) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "On local State administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", with Articles 8, 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2004 "On Regulation of trade activities", the Akimat Abay district DECIDES:
Determine the locations of non-stationary commercial objects in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
