About creating monitoring groups
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", pursuant to the Decree of the chief sanitary doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 16, 2020 No. 53 HWRP "About modification and additions in the resolution of the Chief state sanitary doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
1. To create a monitoring group, according to the Annex to the present regulation;
2. Organize daily inspections by monitoring groups in all settlements of the Abay district on the issue of compliance with the quarantine regime, according to the algorithm approved by the protocol of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on preventing the occurrence and spread of coronavirus infection in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 7, 2020;
3. To assign the coordination of the work of the monitoring groups to the deputy akim of the district Kabdualieva Klara Baparovna.
4. Cancel the order of the akim of the Abay district of February 02, 2021 No. 05r "On the creation of monitoring groups".
5. Control over the execution of this order shall be assigned to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
