The Territorial Department of the Committee for Atomic and Energy Supervision and Control in Zhambyl region checked the progress of repair work at Tarazenergocenter JSC

In order to ensure reliable, economical and uninterrupted power supply to consumers, Tarazenergocenter JSC has developed measures to prepare for work in the autumn-winter period of 2024-2025.          According to the investment program for thermal energy, the replacement of the battery tank No. 1 of the CHP-4 and the purchase of a steam jet ejector are underway. Dismantling of the battery tank has begun. The work is carried out by the contractor "ZHMF - Imstalcon" LLP.          According to the equipment repair schedule at CHPP-4, the steam boiler no.2. During the repair work, the main steam valve is replaced, the bends and the control drum are cleaned, the shut-off valves are repaired, as well as the replacement of the cold superheater package. In the turbine shop, the upper cylinder cover of steam turbine No. 2 is opened to defect and check the rotary diaphragm of the production selection.
