Announcement about conducting public quality monitoring of public services for individuals and non-profit organizations

In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On State Services”, public monitoring of the quality of provision of public services is carried out by individuals, non-profit organizations on their own initiative and at their own expense.

In this regard, the Ministry invites individuals and non-profit organizations to cooperate and take part in conducting public monitoring of the quality of public services provided by the Ministry, its territorial bodies and its subordinate organization.

Public monitoring is planned from December 1 to December 15 of this year.

The results of public monitoring will be used to improve the quality of public services of the Ministry.
