A master class for future journalists was held

Today, on November 17, with the support of the MISD of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the team of the "Investigative Journalism Department" of the Khabar TV channel held master classes for students of the M.S.Narikbayev KAZGUU University.

Journalists Aigul Adilova, Dmitry Oleynikov and director Arman Eshtayev shared with the students the secrets of journalistic life, told about the difficulties and advantages of working on television. The freshmen were particularly interested in controversial topics that the "Department of Investigative Journalism" touches. Future journalists were advised to engage in self-education on an ongoing basis, "absorb" all the knowledge they have gained and never stop there.

By the way, holding master classes for students has become a good tradition for the employees of the Agency "Khabar". Such events are aimed at strengthening the exchange of experience and the development of journalism in Kazakhstan.

"The issue of personnel shortage is on the agenda in the country. This is not only in the field of journalism, but in general. It is very important now, when the State creates all conditions for universities to work, to improve the quality of their education. Today, young people have many opportunities for development and it is necessary to use them in full," says Aigul Adilova, Project Manager of the Investigative Journalism Department.

It is noteworthy that the listeners of the lectures were students of the first stream of a new specialty in an educational institution. The master class received a good response from the audience, as future journalists specialize in analytics and investigative journalism.

"We received very warm feedback from the students. It was really interesting. The speakers told about the real situations they encountered during the filming. We would like to continue our cooperation further," Anar Ibraeva, Dean of the Higher Humanitarian School of KAZGUU University, shared.
