Military prosecutors of Kazakhstan and China held an online seminar

Within the framework of cooperation with the Military Prosecutor's Office of the People's Liberation Army of the People's Republic of China, the Main Military Prosecutor's Office held a joint seminar on the work of the prosecutor in the conditions of military operations online.

During this seminar event, the parties exchanged experience in supervisory activities and discussed the structure and tasks of the military prosecutor's office, the practice of law enforcement support of the national contingent taking part in peacekeeping operations.

A separate item considered measures to implement prosecutorial supervision of the actions of military personnel in emergency situations, theoretical aspects of the actions of military prosecutors in wartime, ways and methods of strengthening prosecutorial cooperation in international military actions.

The seminar was held in a friendly and open atmosphere, as a result of which relevant recommendations were developed.

In general, the bodies of the Military Prosecutor's Office of Kazakhstan continue to work within the framework of international cooperation to improve the quality of supervisory activities, including those related to the prevention of offenses in the military, the fight against crime, and the protection of the rights and freedoms of servicemen and their families.
