The Main Military Prosecutor's Office held a seminar on the quality of maintaining public prosecution

On March 18, 2022, a seminar was held at the Main Military Prosecutor's Office under the chairmanship of the Deputy Chief Military Prosecutor, Colonel of Justice Saken Yermekbayev on the topic: "Topical issues of maintaining public prosecution".

The meeting was attended by employees of the Main Military Prosecutor's Office, as well as military prosecutors of regions and garrisons representing the interests of the state in criminal cases in courts.

The purpose of the seminar is to develop effective methods of ensuring the quality of maintaining public prosecution and the legality of court sessions.

The event was built on an active dialogue, since the topics of the speakers - related to preparation for trials, conducting judicial investigations and speaking in court debates - are always relevant for every public prosecutor.

The format of the discussion was extremely constructive, as a result of which specific recommendations and methodological guidelines were developed for use in the work of military prosecutors on the ground.
