Upon receiving burns to a minor on the train " Almaty-Mangistau"

On December 11, this year, Tashmukhambetova A. R. reported the incident on the train with the message "Almaty-Mangistau" via social networks.

So, on June 3, 2019, Tashmukhamedova A. R. together with minor children left for the passenger train No. 377-378 with the message "Almaty-Mangistau". Before reaching Beineu station, the train turns sharply and overturns on a glass of boiled water, causing the girl to suffer burns on various parts of her body.

In fact not providing them with the necessary assistance from employees of the stations and trains, asked the competent authorities, and only after an appeal to the General transport Prosecutor's office started pre-trial investigation under part 1 of article 344 of the criminal code from 14.11.2019 G.

Now, having studied the materials of the criminal case, written instructions have been given to the police to conduct the necessary investigative actions aimed at ensuring a comprehensive and objective investigation of all the circumstances of the case.
