An extraditable criminal from Germany was sentenced to 11 years

The joint actions of the law enforcement agencies of Kazakhstan and Germany managed to stop the attempt to transport drugs to our country and further accuse the criminal.

So, in 2017, at the airport in Shymkent, employees of the economic investigation Service established the fact of import of psychotropic substances "Ecstasy"from Germany to Kazakhstan.

At the same time, the loader, a citizen of Georgia Leladze, having learned that he had drugs, noticed that he did not come for it and went on the run. He disappeared in Germany.

However, he could not escape justice. This year, the traditional competitive stages include a drill review, traffic police Experts, a Young traffic controller, a Young nurse, and a presentation "my squad". The relevant request for the detention of the criminal and his subsequent extradition to Kazakhstan was sent to the German side.

As a result, with the active participation of the Prosecutor General's office and in cooperation with foreign partners, the criminal was detained and extradited to Kazakhstan.

Despite the refusal of the convicted person from the charge, his guilt for illegal possession of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in a particularly large amount was proved and confirmed in court.

Leladze was sentenced to 11 years and 6 months in prison by the specialized criminal court of Shymkent on October 22, 2019.

By the decision of the appeal instance, the sentence was left unchanged, the complaint of the convicted person was left without satisfaction.
