For residents of the city of Aktobe arrest for a period of 5 days for violation of the state of emergency

In connection with the introduction of an emergency situation in the Republic of Kazakhstan to prevent the spread of "COVID-19", employees of the linear police Department at the Aktobe station (hereinafter-UDP at the Aktobe station) have strengthened public order protection.

On March 31, this year, at 1330 hours (M. V.), at Aktobe station, LOP officers, despite repeated warnings from police officers, detained a man who was trying to cross to the railway station of Aktobe station. Aktobe without travel documents, thus violating the rules of the state of emergency.

During the check, his identity was established, which turned out to be a 34-year-old resident of Aktobe. Previously, he was repeatedly brought to administrative and criminal responsibility for various offenses, including hooliganism and robbery.

On this fact the police of the offender was made the administrative material according to article 478 of the administrative code (activities that lead to breakdown of law and order in emergency situations).

The specialized administrative court of the city of Aktobe considered an administrative case against gr. S. under part 1 of article 434 of the administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In turn, the Aktobe transport Prosecutor's office asks citizens to understand the time restrictions and strictly observe the rules of the state of emergency.
