The owner of the motorcycle paragliders has been brought to administrative responsibility

Under the coordination of the Kokshetau Transport Prosecutor's Office, the authorized body revealed violations of the procedure for using aircraft in the airspace without their corresponding registration.

The current legislation in the field of aviation provides for the obligation of the owner of the registration of the state body of any means of transportation by air.

Only after all the necessary legal procedures have been completed, aircraft are allowed to fly according to the submitted flight plan.

However, for several years, the fan of extreme sports hid from registration and secretly used the Windtech and BOXER motorized paroplanes for their intended purpose.

According to the results of the joint raid measures carried out by the authorized body in the field of civil aviation, the owner of the "flying machine" was brought to administrative responsibility under part 6 of Article 569 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the imposition of a fine (for the lack of admission of an aircraft that has not passed state registration).
