The Prosecutor's Office has exempted 25 applicants from additional requirements

The West Kazakhstan Transport Prosecutor's Office found that the structural subdivision of KTZ concluded contracts that contradict the norms of business legislation and infringe on the interests of business.
In particular, in order to return the deposited collateral, the obligation of a written appeal by entrepreneurs to the customer was illegally imposed with the full fulfillment of their contractual obligations. At the same time, by the same clause of the contract, the latter was exempted from liability for untimely return of performance security in the absence of such an appeal.
According to the acts of prosecutor's supervision, illegal conditions are excluded from 52 contracts, thereby protecting the rights of 25 business entities.
The guilty persons have been brought to disciplinary responsibility.
