Dear Applicant!

Legislation provides for the following ways of filing appeals to the Chief Transport Prosecutor's Office:
- by hand;
- by mail;
- by means of the e-government portal (if signed with an electronic digital signature);
- By means of information system "e-otinish".
In this connection, to register and consider your appeal, it is necessary to submit it to the prosecutor's office by one of the above-mentioned ways.
The results of consideration of the appeal may be appealed to a higher prosecutor or to the court.
Reception by Chief Transport Prosecutor, his Deputies as well as by regional transport prosecutors is realized by prior appointment on the basis of electronic applications from "egov.kz" portal as well as appeals in paper format ("Rules of personal reception of individuals and representatives of legal entities by the officials of prosecutor's offices of the Republic of Kazakhstan" approved by the Order of Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan #29 dated 17.01.2023).
An appeal with a request for a personal reception should necessarily contain the essence of the issue.
Information about the days and times of reception of citizens is posted on the official website of the prosecutor's office, special stands in the buildings of prosecutor's offices.
