So, the director of the company from Pavlodar decided to transport and sell motor gasoline to the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan during its acute shortage in our country under the guise of other products.

However, the illegal actions of an unscrupulous entrepreneur were stopped by employees of the financial monitoring agency.

During the pre-trial investigation, the culprit repented and concluded a procedural agreement with the transport prosecutor on full admission of guilt.

By the verdict of the court No. 2 of the city of Pavlodar dated 10.10.2022. he was sentenced to 3 years in prison.

The amount of illegally sold gasoline in the amount of 54 million tenge and the contraband item – AI-95 gasoline in the amount of 89 million tenge were converted to the state revenue.
