According to the act of the Prosecutor's office, the cargo transport was returned to the foreign owner

The Main Transport Prosecutor's Office has established the fact of malicious violation of the rights of an entrepreneur by officials of the state revenue bodies of the Zhambyl region.
In particular, the state revenue authority illegally held a foreign entrepreneur's cargo vehicle with the transported goods in a temporary storage warehouse for more than 6 months with the seizure of all documents.
The restrictions were lifted by the response measures taken by the Prosecutor's office, the vehicle was returned by ownership.
Materials concerning officials who committed a violation of the law were sent to the anti-corruption service for making a procedural decision.
