The Transport Prosecutor's Office protects the rights of over 200 entrepreneurs

The Kokshetau Transport Prosecutor's office found that the data of weight parameters were incorrectly calculated by an automated measuring device when fixing the mass of trucks.
The measuring equipment incorrectly took into account the percentage of error of the non-conforming class of the roadway, this fact served as a reason for justified complaints from entrepreneurs.
According to these violations, the transport prosecutor's office submitted an act of prosecutorial supervision to the authorized body, as a result, more than 200 administrative cases against road carriers were terminated due to the absence of an administrative offense.
The Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" of Akmola region sent a letter of thanks to the Chief Transport Prosecutor.
