The rights of entrepreneurs are protected

The Akmola Transport Prosecutor's Office found that the structural divisions of KTZ concluded lease agreements for retail space that contradict the norms of business legislation and infringe on the interests of business.
In particular, entrepreneurs renting premises at the railway stations of the capital are illegally charged with the duties of contacting state agencies to verify compliance of their activities with the SanPiN, fire and other requirements.
According to the acts of the prosecutor's supervision, illegal conditions are excluded from 106 lease agreements.
The guilty persons have been brought to disciplinary responsibility.
