Income from illegal activities amounted to 2.9 billion tenge.

As part of the investigation of the case, the Prosecutor's office gave a number of instructions to carry out specific measures, which allowed, together with other investigative actions, to uncover his criminal activities.

By the verdict of the zhylyoysky district court of July 17, 2019, the guilty person was sentenced to 5 years in prison.

By the decision of the appeal Board of the Atyrau regional court of September 10, 2019, the sentence was left unchanged.
