A 17-year-old boy was convicted of a bookmark psychotropic substances

The young man was caught red-handed, while storing 13 bags of the psychotropic substance "alpha - pyrrolidinovalerophenone".
According to the law, such actions are qualified as illegal acquisition, storage for the purpose of selling psychotropic substances on a particularly large scale, criminal liability in this case comes from the age of 14 and threatens with imprisonment for up to 15 years.
The state prosecution in the Specialized Interdistrict Criminal Court of the West Kazakhstan region was supported by the Ural Transport Prosecutor's Office.
The court sentenced the defendant to 7 years and 6 months in prison.
It should be noted that within the framework of the case, the criminal prosecution body made a submission to the authorized bodies with an indication of the weakening of drug addiction prevention among minors.
