Systemic violations of the rights of entrepreneurs have been revealed in the field of transport

The Shu Transport Prosecutor's Office, based on the results of the inspection of the branch of Cargo Transportation LLP - Zhambyl Branch of the State Enterprise (hereinafter referred to as the Branch), established facts of illegal interference in the activities of entrepreneurs.

Thus, an official of the Branch, replacing the functions of the authorized body, illegally suspended the supply and cleaning of wagons to the access roads of consignees, shippers of the station on imaginary grounds of unsatisfactory current maintenance of the elements of the railway track, without the participation of the transport control body.

Thus, the entrepreneurs were illegally charged fees for downtime and finding cars on the tracks of the Shu station.

According to the results of the examination of the act of prosecutor's supervision, the illegal practice of interference in the activities of entrepreneurs has been stopped.

An official of the Branch was brought to disciplinary responsibility, 52 entrepreneurs were refunded illegally collected fees.
