Transport prosecutors held a meeting with entrepreneurs

The Semey Transport Prosecutor's Office, together with the Branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the city of Semey, held a meeting with the business community that sends goods by rail.

At the meeting, problematic issues related to the transportation of goods by rail were discussed, the procedure for conducting inspections of business entities by state bodies was explained.

For example, a business entity can check the legality of an inspection carried out by a state body through the QR code specified in the act on the appointment of the inspection.

Representatives of the supervisory authority also told the participants of the meeting that in order to protect the rights of entrepreneurs, the Semey Transport Prosecutor's Office and the Regional Transport Department of the Committee for Legal Statistics and Special Accounts are conducting an analysis to identify and prevent illegal business inspections.
