The Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan has completed the investigation of the accident with the aircraft "Fokker-100" of the airline "BEK AIR" initiated by the Commission at the end of 2019.

As you know, the fact of an aviation accident is being investigated by the internal affairs bodies.

The completion of the investigation by the MIIR Commission is one of the stages of the preliminary investigation.

Upon receipt of the MIIR report, the investigative task force will have to study and analyze, compare the results set out in the report with the facts established during the pre-trial investigation, including the actions of the ground service of the Almaty airport.

Additionally, the necessary investigative actions, examinations and studies aimed at the objectivity and completeness of the investigation will be carried out in the case.

The guilt of the persons involved will be determined by the results of the preliminary investigation.

The course of the investigation is controlled by the supervisory authority.
