The Karaganda Transport Prosecutor's Office held a meeting with entrepreneurs of the region with the participation of representatives of NCE "Atameken" and state bodies, during which a number of problematic issues on the protection of business rights were considered.

One of the main tasks set by the President of the country K.K.Tokayev before the prosecutor's office is the strict protection of the rights of citizens and businesses.

Work in this direction is carried out on an ongoing basis.

For example, transport prosecutors reacted to the facts of infringement of the rights of entrepreneurs by the National Operator for the Management of Highways, which did not provide for separate entrances and exits to road service facilities in the projects for the construction of highways of republican significance.

As a result, according to the acts of prosecutor's supervision, the rights of 25 entrepreneurs are protected, changes have been made to the design and estimate documentation.

In order to prevent the restriction of business rights, the restoration of violated rights and the elimination of violations of the rule of law, the Prosecutor's office has built a comprehensive system of protection, ranging from the suppression of illegal involvement in the orbit of criminal prosecution, to the reduction of administrative barriers.

As part of the implementation of the instruction of the Head of State, a mobile group has been created to quickly respond to signals about violations of the rights of entrepreneurs, the activities of local executive, regulatory and law enforcement agencies are coordinated.

Following the meeting, Transport Prosecutor Azamat Sarsembayev outlined specific tasks and measures to improve the business climate of the region and increase citizens' confidence in law enforcement agencies.

A memo has been developed for entrepreneurs on the procedure for inspections by regulatory authorities with the coordinates of the mobile group of the Karaganda Transport Prosecutor's Office (Karaganda, 15/1 Architecturnaya str., helplines - 8 (7212) 78-18-28, 8-778-415-30-49).
