Prosecutors prevented illegal involvement the entrepreneur is criminally liable

 

The Kokshetau Transport Prosecutor's Office has terminated the criminal prosecution initiated by the police against the entrepreneur.

According to the received signal, the mobile group of the prosecutor's office found that on September 4 of this year, the linear police department detained the cargo, and a pre-trial investigation was launched into the fact of misappropriation (theft) of someone else's property.

However, during the inspection, all the documents confirming the legality of the transportation of this cargo were available.

In this connection, the pre-trial investigation was terminated by the supervisory authority, the detained cargo was returned to its owner.

Disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against police officers.
