Transport prosecutors prevented illegal cargo inspection in Almaty

The Mobile Group of the Semirechensk Transport Prosecutor's Office received a signal from an entrepreneur about the illegal detention of his cargo by employees of the State Revenue Department for the Nauryzbay district.
The fact was confirmed by departure to the place, officials unreasonably detained the cargo carrier for carrying out an inspection.
Thus, they ignored the ban of the Head of State on conducting inspections, preventive control and supervision of the activities of small businesses.
After the intervention of the prosecutor's office, the entrepreneur continued his route, and the guilty officials were brought to disciplinary responsibility.
