Model of a three-link transport system

On June 9, 2021, the Deputy Chief Transport Prosecutor R. N. Isayev, together with the Akmola Transport Prosecutor K. B. Sarsenov, made a tour of the railway stations located in Nur-Sultan, which are strategically important objects, in order to check the work of police officers in cooperation with the working staff of the station in order to strengthen the protection of the rights of citizens when they carry out passenger transportation.

Also, the Deputy Chief Transport Prosecutor checked the organization of work and interaction of the Linear Police Department at the Nur-Sultan station under the new procedure for approving procedural decisions by the prosecutor.

Together with the deputy head of the DP for Transport, N. Alibayev, he held a meeting with the employees of the LUP at the Nur-Sultan station, where it was noted that the electronic format of monitoring decisions saves time and ensures transparency of the criminal process.

Working in this format has a positive effect, where fewer mistakes and violations are made, and accordingly, the prerequisites for complaints from participants in the process are reduced. Since the main task is to ensure the protection of citizens from illegal actions and at the same time to prevent illegal charges.

The transition to a three-tier model of the criminal process is carried out within the framework of the President's Address "Kazakhstan in a new reality: time for action", these changes allow us to protect the constitutional rights of citizens, both the suspect and the victim, to exclude the facts of unjustified involvement in the orbit of the criminal process and, in general, to ensure the objectivity of the investigation.
