Entrepreneurs were forced to pay
about 2 million tenge for cargo storage
The authorities of the Transport Prosecutor's Office continue to take measures to protect the rights of entrepreneurs, which has become especially relevant during the quarantine period.
It is established that despite the measures taken by the state to support entrepreneurs, certain officials of the system of JSC " NC " KTZ " continue to grossly violate the rights of business entities.
In order to implement the Comprehensive Plan to restore Economic Growth by the end of 2020 (approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 307 of 20.05.2020), JSC " NC " KTZ " issued an order to cancel the 10-fold fee from entrepreneurs for the storage of their goods.
However, the support necessary for entrepreneurs in such a difficult time was ignored by the officials of the Nikeltau station of the Aktobe department of Cargo Transportation.
So, despite the above-mentioned decision of the board of the state organization in the territory of the Aktobe branch continued to collect the appropriate fees from entrepreneurs.
As a result, 7 bona fide entrepreneurs were forced to pay fees totaling 1.9 million tenge.
A similar circumstance was caused by the lack of awareness of entrepreneurs in this region about the temporary cancellation of such fees.
According to the act of supervision of the Kandyagash transport prosecutor, the illegally collected amounts were returned to the accounts of entrepreneurs, and the guilty persons were brought to disciplinary responsibility.
In this regard, we inform you that now any entrepreneur who paid the amount of the fee during the period of the ban (the period from July 1 to December 31, 2020), has the opportunity to return the unreasonably accrued amounts, including by contacting the transport prosecutor's office.
