Transport prosecutors saved 2 entrepreneurs from bankruptcy.

Immediately 2 objects of entrepreneurs were almost brought to closure due to the actions of road builders.

In particular, the reconstruction of the highway "Border of the Russian Federation (to Yekaterinburg) – Almaty" is currently in full swing.

On its site "Karaganda-Balkhash" (km 1492,4-1537), where a gas station and a cafe-hotel are located, the Customer did not provide for entrances and exits to them in the design and estimate documentation.

This would inevitably lead to the closure of institutions, or to significant financial costs for entrepreneurs due to the need to arrange access to their facilities.

Whereas, according to the requirements of the national standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 2476-2014 of 01.07.2015, separate entrances and exits should be provided to road service facilities and gas stations to ensure safety and convenience of service.

In other words, the Customer did not take into account the interests of entrepreneurs when planning their work, bringing them almost to bankruptcy.

Taking into account these circumstances, the Karaganda Transport Prosecutor's Office submitted an act of supervision, according to the results of which the design and estimate documentation for the reconstruction of the above-mentioned highway was changed, with the provision of arrangement of entry and exit to the objects of entrepreneurs.

An important point is that the changes do not lead to an increase in the estimated cost of reconstruction.

Protection of the rights of entrepreneurs is currently one of the main types of prosecutorial activity, as the Head of State now requires.
