More than 35 entrepreneurs were forced to pay railway fees

The Shuya transport Prosecutor's Office, taking into account numerous complaints of entrepreneurs, analyzed the activities of the Zhambyl branch of the branch of "Cargo Transportation" LLP for the timely provision of services.

As a result of the measures taken by the Prosecutor's Office, this practice was discontinued.

In the activities of this carrier, the facts of illegal collection of railway fees from entrepreneurs for idle time and the presence of cars on the tracks were also revealed.

Such fees were forced to pay 35 entrepreneurs for a total amount of more than 5 million tenge.

As the prosecutor's office established, the downtime was caused not by entrepreneurs, but because of the normal wear and tear of parts and components of the rolling stock of the freight car fleet.

According to the act of the prosecutor's office, the guilty persons were brought to disciplinary responsibility, the money was returned to the entrepreneurs.
