Prosecutor's supervision measures prevented budget losses in excess of 197 million tenge

Karaganda transport Prosecutor's office based on the results of the analysis of targeted and effective use of budget funds allocated for the repair of roads of national significance in the activities of the Karaganda regional branch of JSC "NC "Kazavtozhol" (hereinafter-the Branch) the facts of overestimation of the cost of work are revealed.

The branch in the estimate documentation for 4 objects costs for laying crushed stone laid twice, as a result, the amount is overstated by 197.3 million tenge.

Based on the results of consideration of the Prosecutor's submission, the specified amount was excluded from the work by concluding additional agreements. Officials of the Branch were brought to disciplinary responsibility.

Thus, the transport Prosecutor's office prevented illegal losses of budget funds in the amount of more than 197 million tenge.
