Protected constitutional rights more than 5 thousand railway workers

By means of the prosecutor's response, 1730 railway workers of the Karaganda region were paid additional payments in the amount of 4.6 million. tenge and 3476 employees are provided with overalls, footwear.The basis for the accrual of this amount was the fact of non-payment of the branch of JSC "KTZ Freight Transportation" - "Karaganda Department of Freight Transportation" surcharges for outdoor work in severe meteorological conditions, namely, those working outdoors at air temperatures below -25 and above +35 degrees Celsius, as well as during blizzards and snowfalls leading to drifts, at temperatures below minus 10 degrees.Also, in violation of labor rights, the employees of the branch are not provided with footwear, welder's suits, appropriate mittens, hats, milk (taking into account their terms of use) and completing with other personal protective equipment in a timely manner.According to the revealed violations of the current legislation, the Karaganda Transport Prosecutor's Office submitted an act of prosecutor's supervision to the branch, following the results of which the said violations were eliminated in full.Thus, the constitutional rights of 5.2 thousand railway workers were protected.
