In accordance with sub-paragraphs 4) and 9) of article 37 of The law " on the Prosecutor's office ", I order:::

2. cancel certain legal acts of the General Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with Annex 19 to this order.
3. the office of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the procedure established by law:
1) sending a copy of this order in Kazakh and Russian languages in paper and electronic form to the Republican state enterprise on the right of economic management "Republican center for legal information" for official publication and entering into the Reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;;;
2) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the General Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. regional prosecutors and equivalent prosecutors in accordance with the procedure established by law:
1) within a month to bring their acts in accordance with this order;;
2) taking measures stipulated by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan"On state registration of legal entities and registration of branches and representative offices".
5. control over the execution of this order shall be assigned to the office of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1. General provisions
1. the Prosecutor's Office of Astana city is a territorial body of the General Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, performs on behalf of the state the highest supervision over compliance with the law within the limits and forms established by law, represents the interests of the state in court and carries out criminal prosecution on behalf of the state.
2. the Prosecutor's office of Astana city has subordinate Prosecutor's offices.
3. the Prosecutor's office of Astana carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution, international treaties and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, this Regulation, as well as other legal acts.
4.the Prosecutor's office of Astana city is a legal entity in organizational-legal form of state institutions, has a seal with the State emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan and stamps with its name in state language, forms of the established sample in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan accounts in the Treasury bodies.
5. the Prosecutor's office of Astana city enters into civil law relations on its own behalf.
6. the Prosecutor's office of Astana city has the right to act as a party to civil law relations on behalf of the state, if it is authorized to do so in accordance with the legislation.
7. the Prosecutor's office of Astana city takes decisions on issues of its competence in accordance with the procedure established by law, which are issued by orders of the Prosecutor of Astana city and other acts provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
8. the structure and staff limit of the Astana city Prosecutor's office shall be approved in accordance with the current legislation.

13. the Prosecutor's office of Astana is prohibited from entering into contractual relations with business entities in order to perform the duties that are the functions of the Prosecutor's office of Astana.
2. main tasks, functions, rights and duties of the Astana city Prosecutor's office
14. main tasks of Astana city Prosecutor's office:
1) Protection and restoration of human and civil rights and freedoms, legal interests of legal entities, society and the state;;
2) Identification and elimination of violations of the law, the causes and conditions that contribute to them, as well as their consequences;;
3) coordination of the activities of law enforcement and other state bodies to ensure law and order and fight crime;
4) other tasks defined by the law and acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
15. main functions of Astana city Prosecutor's office:
1) exercise Supreme supervision over legality within the limits and in the manner established by law;:
activities of state, local representative and Executive bodies, local self-government bodies and their officials, and other organizations, regardless of their forms of ownership, as well as acts and decisions adopted by them;
enforcement proceedings and proceedings on cases of administrative violations;
activities of law enforcement and special state bodies in the areas of: pre-trial investigation, operational search and counterintelligence activities; execution of criminal penalties and other measures of state coercion; compliance with international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
other areas defined by law;
2) represents the interests of the state in court on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure provided for by criminal procedure, civil procedure legislation and legislation on administrative offences;
3) carries out criminal prosecution on behalf of the state in accordance with criminal and criminal procedure legislation;
4) coordinate the activities of law enforcement and other state bodies to ensure law and order and fight crime in order to ensure the interaction of these bodies in the implementation of common tasks, mutual exchange of information and coordination of their actions;;

16. basic rights and obligations of the Astana city Prosecutor's office.
Astana city Prosecutor's office has the right to:
1) perform actions and take procedural decisions on the grounds and in the manner established by the criminal procedure law;; ;
2) to require in cases and order stipulated by the legislation, the materials of operative-investigative activities, cases on administrative offences, to receive from heads and other officials necessary documents, materials, statistical information and other information about the status of legality and measures to ensure; ;
3) participate in a court session on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by law, and give an opinion on the case, request court cases from the court, and apply for review of judicial acts;;;
4) involve specialists to conduct inspections, participate in them and give conclusions, as well as involve other law enforcement agencies in conducting inspections to ensure security and Supervisory activities in accordance with the procedure provided for by law;
5) appoint an expert examination of the materials and applications received by the Prosecutor's office, require the authorized bodies to conduct inspections and oblige them to report their results;;
6) provide access to information contained in information systems and resources integrated with the information exchange system of law enforcement, special state and other bodies on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by law;;;
7) invite officials, individuals and representatives of legal entities to receive explanations on the issues of the audit and the considered application;; ;
