The Comprehensive Privatization Plan for 2021-2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Comprehensive Plan) includes 636 properties in the republican, municipal, and quasi-public sectors, of which, as of December 1, 2025, according to the State Property Registry website:
399 properties worth 936.8 billion tenge have been transferred to the competitive market;
69 properties are slated for reorganization/liquidation;
19 properties are currently up for auction;
149 properties are undergoing pre-sale preparation.
The implementation rate of the Comprehensive Plan for sale, reorganization, and liquidation is 73.5%.
The rate of sale of properties included in the Comprehensive Plan was 76.5%.
